Happy First Day of Fall !!

I just wanted to take a minute to thank each and every one of you who stop by and visit!! Your comments and hellos mean so much to me and you are all such sweet, talented ladies! Ive been so busy with the kids starting school , and work , and everything else, but I love visiting your gorgeous blogs when I get moments to myself!! I hope you all have a Fabulous Fall and thanks for being such sweet friends! Ive posted some pics of my home with a few favorite fall additions, hope you enjoy!!

~ Hugs and Thanks ~ Cynthia

I made this wreath a few years ago, but I still love the beaded fruit and all the colors!
I spent Saturday getting my Mums and a few more Fall tidbits... I adore Fall and the weather was gorgeous !!
I decided to change around the kitchen table a bit and place it on an angle, it really makes it cozier in the room! And the Fall Table cloth and little additions helped too to warm it all up...
I like my little lamp to the left below, it makes it pretty cozy!
Just changed my foyer table a bit, put away the shells and went for some books instead and a bigger lamp...
The view from the kitchen table..

I changed around a few lamp shades and this one I really like better near the sofa ;)
I moved around some Lamps and brought out the warm cozy throws...

Very pretty. I love to look at your pictures. How lucky that you have plenty of room to angle your kitchen table.

Hi Cyn,
I know you don't need any help with the decorating, your house is so pretty, but when you left me a comment about the fireplace, I intantly thought how cute it would be for you to do a faux fireplace on the wall in your kitchen behind where your table sits. I think it would be soooo cozy!

Hi Cyn me again~Your fireplace sounds like mine, it's been all over the house and it's even bed a headboard, LOL. No one ever knows what to expect when they come home! I think it's a really cute idea, even if it was just for the holidays, I just love fireplaces.

Hi Cynthia,
It looks wonderful. I love bringing out the throws and candles and getting the house ready for the colder months. Everything you have done is great. I really like your table angled. I do that to ours once in awhile just for that little different feel. There is nothing like rearranging your rooms to give them a fresh feel without spending anything. I was happy to see your post today. Stop by sometime.

Hugs,
LeAnn:)

I love LOVE your kitchen! Hope you don't mind, I saved that pic of your kitchen to add to my Inspiration File for my some-day dream kitchen.

To the left of your sink, there is a door that has a drawer pull, yet has hinges on the left side like a cabinet door. Do you mind if I ask what that is?

Hi Cynthia, I remember your kitchen on rms, it is in my favorites and now so is your blog. I love the warmth and colors in your home. I love a cottage look with a traditional base. You have done an amazing job, I am so glad you are sharing your talents with us all. I redid my 70s kitchen in a vintage style and it is my favorite room in the house. I loved all the kitchens you profiled, great job!smiles Kathysue

I came across your wonderful blog which then led me to your wonderful website tonight. I must compliment you on your great taste and an eye for design.
I am front Nassau County, NY but my favorite past time is to travel to the North Fork on the weekends, especially in the fall. I choose Vignette #3. I love the white pumpkin, and the Berrie book, I wish i had in my hands right now, Im just yurning to take a peek inside. This vignette reminds me of my last trip to the north fork, pumpkin picking with my boyfriend for the first time, the pumpkin looks just like the cheesy pumpkins we bought for pumpkin soup. Delicious!
