Which one is your favorite?

I've been looking for a shabby chic medium sized clam basket to put up here and a great little french painting to go on the wall behind it, but until then , I've come up with 4 different options to top my kitchen hutch with, id love your feedback as to which is your favorite :) or if you have other ideas, Id love to hear too!

Just found your blog. I like them all, but the second one was my favorite. It just looks so homey!

First of all I love the details on the top of your hutch!!
I think I like #2, but would probably add the hydrangeas
or rooster instead of the pitcher & bowl.
Picture #3 with the hat and Pitcher is perfect for the summer hutch!!
Then I adore the details on your curtains!, is the buttons checked and the
other fabric striped?? Hope we can get a close up of that too..heehee.
Hugs to you sweetie!!

Oh my,what a difficult choice! But I like #4 for this time of year. I think the checked basket liner and baby's breath is perfect.

Did you made your curtains? Love the details. I could so easily live in your house. And your website.....to die for.....

I recently discovered your blog and just love to visit. You have such a cute house. I like #1 & #4 but for this time of year I think 4is the winner.

Love them all, the rooster has to stay, he's so pretty! Love the cupcakes too. Now I'm hungry for one! Thanks for your sweet compliments today! Kristen

All lovely, of course. But I like picture number two. I love the idea of the few books up top, which is a bit unusual. Combined with the jar, picture and lovely pitcher it just looks very homey and cozy and gives the eye a nice combo to look at. I have really enjoyed looking at pics of your lovely home. Love, Esther

Okay I keep going back and forth to each pic and I want to know if you have enough room for the basket, books and rooster cause I like all of those things up there, but for sure the rooster should stay for Fall!

Hi Cynthia, I like #2 and The Last one! I love them all really~at least you have enough treasures that you can change it out when ever you get tired of it. Nancy

Hi Cynthia! They are all gorgeous, gorgeous! Can't pick!!! I even had another idea: Have you tried the blue cache pot with the Rooster and the cookbooks in between! See it is endless...All of your accessories are beautiful but I just can't get past that wallpaper; being a wallpaper nut I must have that someday!!!! Keep those pictures coming, I've been stalking you daily looking for more!!!lol Sincerely, Jeannette

Hi Cynthia,
I think we have all confused you now. When you have great things to begin with and an eye like yours well you just can't go wrong with any of the choices. However I love love love the rooster!
It will be interesting to see now what you choose.

Hi Cynthia,
Thanks so much for stopping by for a visit and leaving such sweet comments.
To answer your question about the toy stove - I got it from e-bay. It came with several of the little pans. I think I did a search for vintage toy stoves. It is a "Little Lady" brand. The little rolling pin and measuring cup I bought at a local antique store.

Have a great day,
Kim

Hi Cynthia,

They all look wonderful but for some reason I am loving #4, I think the basket adds the texture you need and the rooster adds the whimsy and color so I vote for #4. Please stop by sometime.

Hugs,
LeAnn:)

Thanks Cyn and by the way I should have added on my comment that your cabinet looks good no matter how you arrange stuff on top, it's all pretty! I never noticed the dresser matched your cabinet I'll have to go back and look (;

Oh my goodness! We all like different ones. I like number one as the two decorations do not seem to be competing with each other for one's attention! What fun to have such a great decorating touch. Thank you for sharing.

Hi Cynthia:

Definitely #3 for me. I like them all but #3 stands out and fits my style.

Lots of love,

First of all, I LOVE your wallpaper!! It is absolute cottage perfect!

I like #1 and #4, but it may just be due to the angle you're shooting the photos... Your hutch has the most beautiful focal point at the top center, and it seems to get lost with the cookbooks behind it because they are light colored, just like the hutch... The top center detail of the hutch looks so beautiful in the photos with the rooster on top... But honestly, you can't go wrong with any of those arrangements - they're all winners ...Donna

I'm torn between the first one and the last one... probably leaning toward the last picture. It looks 'filled out' more than the others... but they're all beautiful.

Love them all, but my favorite is #4. But you have such good taste, that really they all will look wonderful.

Well Miss Cynthia which one did you decide on?? I have to tell you it's a small world, Bekah, from Lets Go Junkin, left me a comment on RMS and when I went over and looked at her house on there, I thought it was soooo cute, I tried to find out if she had a myspace or blog and couldn''t reach her and the other day I just happened to click on her blog from yours and low and behold I noticed her dining room in the background of one of her pic's soooo I left her a comment and now I find out it was her kitchen you featured with mine, small world isn't it!! So thanks, I always love to find new inspiration and friends!

I just found your blog from Cindy's romantic home...
#2 is perfect I think, but they all look cute. The picture you took of your last rose of summer should be a postcard. What a perfect rose.

I just found your blog so I'll have my two cents worth even if you have decided. I like all of them but prefer #3. And I love your curtains...I think I'd like to have that style in my dining room. Did you sew them yourself?
