~ Snowed in and creative ~

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and Holiday! We are knee deep ( opps + a few ) in snow! So what does one do when you're snowed in? Well, for me, it's mini making :) I cleaned up the house, put away the decorations ( yes, a bit early, but they were up the day after Thanksgiving lol ) and set myself down for a few days of creating....

I sculpted, baked, painted, cut, sanded, trimmed and basked in the beauty of creating small things...and I loved every hour of it! I hope you do too :)

Each shelf was pure bliss...

I create and then think to myself, can I have a room in my house that instead of being called a Pantry, was instead called: The hutch room?

I also think, why can't I find a pink glass bowl like this in the "real world" , in big girl size ?

Or , should I change my floral wallpaper in my kitchen to a Cath Kidston print like this? :)

Orr..... Should I have another island in my kitchen just so it can always stay looking non-messy like this?

Orrrr, should I just keep dreaming and go bake some chocolate bread?

I think I'll do the last one...... this one, I can manage :)

Love you all and wishing you a beautiful New Year!

Love and hugs,

Cynthia xo

Cynthia- You are the most talented miniaturist I have ever seen. You make the Littles look like Bigs...like the real thing. It makes me want to shrink down to that size just so I can visit your little "places". You are something else! Hugs- Diana

Cynthia, I am amazed at your creativity. I enjoyed every little item you showed. My son built a large doll house for his 5 daughters for Christmas. It was from a kit and he just got the outside together and a few walls on the iside. They love it already. I am hoping to help him on the inside. I have shown him your blog and we are both so inspired.
